- Own and maintain the in-house web-to-native framework that runs the Next.js web app as a native iOS/Android app, with a two-way bridge to device features (camera, GPS, secure storage, biometrics, push, offline)
- Designed the offline-first architecture end to end — caching, local persistence, a write queue with retry and background sync, and a multi-step orchestrator for image uploads and dependent API chains so high-risk workflows complete across network drops
- Built a Web Worker PDF engine that exports 1000+ page clinical reports from large datasets without blocking the UI thread
